The Public Interest Commission (PIC) has released recommendations for a settlement in contract negotiations between PSAC-UTE (Union of Taxation Employees) and the Canada Revenue Agency. The Commission sides with several union proposals through the following recommendations:

Ratification Votes  

3.11.8 Ratification votes shall be held at meetings conducted for the purpose of explaining the terms of the tentative agreement, except where the isolated nature of the worksite or shift schedules require that special arrangements be made.  

Following the tentative agreement reached on July 25 between the UTE-PSAC bargaining team and the CRA team for members working at the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), the PSAC has released information regarding the ratification votes.
