Public Interest Commission puts pressure on Agency to bargain a fair contract
The Public Interest Commission (PIC) has released recommendations for a settlement in contract negotiations between PSAC-UTE (Union of Taxation Employees) and the Canada Revenue Agency. The Commission sides with several union proposals through the following recommendations:

3.11.8 Ratification votes shall be held at meetings conducted for the purpose of explaining the terms of the tentative agreement, except where the isolated nature of the worksite or shift schedules require that special arrangements be made.
