CRA STRATEGIC BUSINESS RESUMPTION PLAN
As you are aware, since the CRA was delegated by the current Government the responsibility for administering the Emergency Benefits, the Union of Taxation Employees has collaborated closely with the employer in order to assist them in recruiting and encouraging our members occupying other positions to volunteer to perform duties related to the Emergency Benefits.

Previously, our performance review didn’t seem overly important for our future. Today, things are different. In 2013 and 2014, the rules of the game changed when the employer decided to link the performance review with the staffing process.

The Committee met at the UTE National Office on January 27 to 29, 2014. It also met with the Taxpayer Services and Debt Management Branch (TSDMB) in Ottawa on January 27, 2014.
