MOTION: Certificate of Achievement (Al Lough Award)

Be it resolved that Executive Council adopt the unanimous decision of the Honours and Awards Committee to award André Michaud the Certificate of Achievement (Al Lough Award), and such certificate be provided to the Québec Region at the earliest possible opportunity.
