Report of the Staffing Committee

Cosimo Crupi

Since the last executive council meeting the committee has been reviewing new job descriptions as well as cycle review ones and have provided comments to the employer.

The committee received further training on review of job descriptions and that occurred on March 25th and 27th.

We had a committee meeting in Ottawa May 14-15, 2024. Present were Chair Cosimo Crupi, Co-Chair Kim Koch, President’s Representatives Ashley Green, Sebastien Tremblay and technical advisor Henri Vodon.

Minutes are being finalized at the time of writing this report but will provide a summary of our meeting at council in June.
