Yasmeen Zekry is awarded a $1,000 Regional Scholarship

Yasmeen Zekry won the National Capital Regional Scholarship.  Linda Koenders, President of Local 70000, Ottawa Headquarters, presented the cheque and certificate to Yasmeen Zekry.  Shady Zekry, Yasmeen's father and a member of the Local Executive, attended the presentation.

Yasmeen is studing to be a Developmental Social Worker at Algonquin College.
