Ginette Foucault receives the Al Lough Award

Ginette Foucault was presented with the Al Lough Award for her on-going committment to the aims and objectives of UTE.  The award was presented to her by Mike Chartrand, President of the Ottawa Headquarters Local 70000, at the April 3, 2019 annual general meeting.
