Discussion of the agenda items for the National Union-Management Consultation Committee (NUMCC) meeting will be held on Monday, June 3rd from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. EST. The meeting will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST at the following address: 111 Sussex Drive (Ottawa) / Algonquin Room.
The Executive Council meeting will be held from Tuesday, June 4th to Thursday, June 6th, 2024, at the Delta Hotel, Panorama room at 101 Lyon Street, Ottawa.
Room reservations will be made for you. Executive Council Officers are scheduled to arrive on Sunday, June 2nd. Departures are scheduled for Friday, June 7th. For any special requirements with your reservation, please contact Sister Guylène Lepage by email at lepageg@ute-sei.org .
Please take note that the meeting will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) with a lunch break from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
The Hospitality Suite will be in the Pinnacle Room on the Penthouse Level and will be available as of 5:00 p.m. EST on Sunday, June 2nd.
