MODULE VII - Investigating and Presenting the Grievance

There is no one specific method that is the best for investigating or preparing for and presenting a grievance.  Instead, as each of you gain experience, you will develop your own specific style or styles that will work best for you.  There are, however, some basic steps and methods that should be followed in the investigation and the presentation of the grievance.
