Benoit Fraser Receives $1,000 Regional Scholarship

During the Québec Inter-Regional we took the opportunity to present the $1,000 Regional Scholarship to Benoit Fraser who was studying at Laval University.

The scholarship was presented by Denis Lalancette, 2nd National Vice-President and member of the Honours and Awards Committee. Also in attendance, Sylvie Lahaie President of Local 10005 Shawinigan, Sabri Khayat, Regional Vice-President for the Montreal Region, Louise Vallière Alternate RVP Montreal Region, Jean-Pierre Fraser RVP for the Quebec Region (and the recipient's father), Jocelyn Bouchard, Alternate RVP Quebec Region as well as Marcel Bertrand, past RVP for the same region.
