25.1 General Provisions
- The Executive Council appoints by Power of Attorney a trustee to administer the Local.
- The President shall notify the Local by registered mail or by hand of the decision to place the Local under trusteeship and to appoint a trustee.
- The trustee shall provide a written report to each Executive Council Meeting on their activities and the status of the trusteeship.
25.2 INTERIM TRUSTEESHIP
- By-Law 13, the President, between Executive Council meetings in consultation with the appropriate Regional Vice-President, may impose trusteeship on a Local, appoint an interim trustee and seize the property of the Local before officially advising the Local.
- The President shall report the interim trusteeship to the next meeting of the executive council.
